The Mission Of “Save Our Youth” is to provide youth facing adversity, hardship, and academic challenges in school, overcome and build strong skilled minds through one on one professionally supported relationships through mentorship that change their lives for the better, forever.

Mentee Affirmations
Being apart of this program has opened my eyes more and more to the world around me. It’s helped me get a clear understanding of how the world works and what’s needed now more than ever. The talks with my mentors and peers makes me feel closer with them establishing a stronger bond every time we get together. To me this is more than a group it’s more of a brotherhood and I won’t let any of my brothers fall behind or fail in life, if they need it I’ll set them straight. Being in this group is more than just going places and having fun it teaches you life lessons and how to care for each other. Being able to do the things we do with our mentors helped make me feel a necessity to help anyone I can and be of service to those in need, not for notoriety but because it’s the right thing to do and not many people will do it. The program is helping to shape me into a better man prepared to take on the world when I’m on my own.

Mentee Affirmations
It changed my life by seeing things different. And it helped by helping me understand things better. It also keeps me out of trouble. It’s teaching me to always do something positive. And that its good to talk to somebody if you’re going through something. My mentor supports me in everything, and I’m grateful.
